  • During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Dress2Envii may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Dress2Envii is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once it has been processed.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
