At Dress2Envii, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help with a simple returns and exchange process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be free from perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, stains, or any other odors.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only, which can be used toward a future purchase. Store credit is provided after your returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final Sale items

  • Clearance or promotional sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise

  • Items without original tags

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your claim and work quickly to provide a suitable solution.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email our customer support with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back in its original condition.

  4. Once received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Dress2Envii.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 5ā€“10 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. You'll receive an email once your return has been completed.
